The Challenge
SHARE is the most popular loyalty programme in the UAE.
Part of the impressive Majid Al Futtaim family, it simply has a breadth of offerings unlike any other in the region. However, of its 6.6 million users, only a fraction regularly engage outside of grocery shopping.
The Platform
We created a long-lasting brand platform extolling the breadth of the huge programme offering:
‘REWARDS ALL AROUND YOU’
We split the offering into four distinctive pillars - SHOPPING, DINING, LEISURE and GROCERIES and created over 1800 separate pieces of comms highlighting products you can get your hands on across these pillars.
The Idea
This launched the brand campaign—we led with the joy of spending points on ‘Anything You Can Get Your Hands On.’
The Impact
With creative executions across TV, DOOH, Direct Mail, Social and Radio we realised a 750k+ uplift in the first two weeks, proving that sometimes simplicity is king.
A 90-page campaign guideline toolkit was produced for their internal team to ensure a consistent variety of ongoing comms in the future.
We launched across the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia through DOOH, retail malls, hotels, cinemas, radio, and even their own Ski Slope in the desert. All supported by DM, Member Emails, and social media, of course.
