The Challenge
With over 6 million members, SHARE is the most popular loyalty programme in the UAE.
They have proudly reached a level where would like to reward their most loyal customers.
The Idea
We launched a new, permanent 3-level tier system within the app and gave each its own identity.
As English is a second language throughout the region the names were kept simple –
SHARE Classic • SHARE Plus • SHARE VIP.
Building on their masterbrand, we devised each tier with its own tone of voice, art direction, colour palette and identity, all collated into a new playbook for their digital and design teams to start creating.
An exclusive photoshoot was completed around key partner locations in Dubai.
